LNG cold box, as well as know-how technology of inter-cold box heavy hydrocarbon removal,
mercury removal or mercury resistant, etc. Zhongtai could provide design of temperature field
distribution measurement to be the basis for the LNG plant cooling agent deployment.

Liquid nitrogen wash cold box
In the new synthetic ammonia industry, the cryogenic cleaning
process, rectisol process plus cryogenic liquid nitrogen
washing, has the features of low energy consumption,
equipment reliability and environmental friendliness. From
2007, most of the new constructing ammonia projects in China
use the cryogenic technology for the syngas purfication.
Application of liquid nitrogen washing process: the feed gas (hydrogen)of synthetic ammonia
contains nitrogen, as well as impunties like Carbon and axygen compounds (such as carbon
monoxide, carbon dioxide, etc), argon and sufides, which could not satisfy the requirements of
subsequent process.

Ethylene cold box
Zhongtai has the technology and equipments for the design and manufacture of milion ton per
year ethylene cold box and column overhead condenser, PFV. Zhongtai is farmillar with ethylene
process like Lumus, SW and Linde process. Zhongtai’s persistent research and technical
